HEBER CITY — Officials on Tuesday identified a cyclist who was found dead Monday on Coyote Trail in Wasatch County.

Around 3:40 p.m Monday, Bernard J. Wilson, 61, of Heber City, was found unresponsive by an individual, according to the Wasatch County Sheriff’s Office. When sheriff’s deputies and EMS arrived, Wilson was dead, authorities said.

Further details surrounding Wilson’s death, such as a cause, were not released Tuesday.

Authorities expressed condolences to Wilson’s family and said they’ve been helpful in the investigation.
