PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — A 26-year-old Kentucky man has died in a highway collision in Oregon.
Oregon State Police say Ryan Risely of Lexington, Kentucky, died at the scene of the Saturday evening crash on Highway 199.
Police say Risely had been heading north on the highway when he lost control of his Nissan Frontier near milepost 21.
