PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — A 26-year-old Kentucky man has died in a highway collision in Oregon.

Oregon State Police say Ryan Risely of Lexington, Kentucky, died at the scene of the Saturday evening crash on Highway 199.

Police say Risely had been heading north on the highway when he lost control of his Nissan Frontier near milepost 21.

Police say the Nissan entered the southbound lane and struck a Mazda driven by Diego Thor of Crescent City, California.

According to police, Thor and a minor passenger were taken to a hospital by ground ambulance. Another passenger, 35-year-old Moei Thor, was flown to a hospital with seriously injuries.
