(KSL News) Draper police arrested a man for violating his parole and found a hefty supply of stolen goods in the process.

Draper police found Scott Wilcox hiding in a closet in his home last week.

While making the arrest, officers found boxes of stolen CDs, DVDs and computer parts. They recovered other items, including golf clubs, backpacks, handbags, cell phones and tools. There were a total of 124 items recovered, not including the CDs, DVDs and computer parts.

Serial numbers were scratched off many of the items, but some still had names and numbers on them. Draper police contacted those people and confirmed the items had been taken in recent burglaries.

Wilcox could face charges of possession of stolen property, burglary tools and drug paraphernalia, as well as a count of criminal trespassing.

If you feel that your items may be among those that were recovered, you are asked to call the Draper Police Department at 801-576-6579. Leave a message with detailed information, and you will receive a call as items are matched up.
