CEDAR CITY — A semitruck driver escaped without serious injuries after the truck rolled over on I-15 Friday morning, authorities said.
Utah Highway Patrol officials first reported the crash on Twitter just before 7:45 a.m. Friday. The crash took place about 10 miles south of Cedar City on the northbound side of the freeway.
Troopers are on scene of a semi rollover NB on I-15 at MM 50 in Iron Co. just south of Cedar City. The driver was partially ejected and had to be extricated, amazingly, with only non-life threatening injuries. UHP is investigating possible fatigued driving as a cause. pic.twitter.com/nQWnyxQf8S

The driver of the semitruck was partially ejected and had to be extricated. The driver had injuries that were not considered to be life-threatening, troopers said.
Fatigue is being investigated as a possible factor in the crash, troopers added.
No other details about the crash, including the gender of the driver, were immediately available Friday.
