MOSCOW, Idaho (AP) — In a story April 11 about the newly appointed University of Idaho president, The Associated Press erroneously reported his last name in one reference. The new UI president is C. Scott Green, not C. Scott Grow.

Idaho State Board of Education names C. Scott Green to top University of Idaho post
MOSCOW, Idaho (AP) — A former University of Idaho student who went on to become the chief operating officer of an international law firm has been selected as UI's new president.
The Idaho State Board of Education announced Thursday that C. Scott Green is appointed to the post.
Green, a Moscow, Idaho native, graduated from the University of Idaho in 1984 and went on to earn an MBA from Harvard University. He's currently the chief operating and financial officer for Hogan Lovells, an international law firm.
State Education Board member Emma Atchley said Green is a proven leader who brings passion and commitment to the University of Idaho.
Green will start serving as president in July, earning $420,000 a year.
