MAGNA — Two people died in a rollover crash on state Route 201 near 9200 West, authorities said.
A white Subaru with two men in their 20s inside was attempting to turn west onto state Route 201 near 9200 West when it was T-boned by an eastbound gold Nissan Pathfinder, Utah Highway Patrol said.
Both occupants of the Subaru were pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, according to Utah Highway Patrol. The driver of the Nissan, a 42 year-old man, was transported to Intermountain Medical Center in Murray where he remains in serious condition.

Officers did not know Wednesday night if any of the drivers were impaired. Utah Highway Patrol did not release the names of the deceased.
The Utah Department of Transportation estimates the road will be cleared by about 9:45 p.m., according to the agency’s website.
Drivers in the area are being asked to use an alternate route.
