SALT LAKE CITY — FBI officials are searching for a man dubbed the "Holiday Bandit" after they say he robbed seven banks in the Salt Lake Valley during November and December.
According to the FBI, a white Hispanic male robbed the following banks:
- Zions Bank at 100 S. Main St. in Salt Lake City on Nov. 20.
- Wells Fargo bank at 783 N. Redwood Road in Salt Lake City on Nov. 23 wearing a green beanie and tan jacket.
- Healthcare Credit Union at 769 E. South Temple in Salt Lake City on Dec. 6.
- Zions Bank at 159 Center St. in Midvale on Dec. 12 wearing a puffy jacket with a hood and a hooded sweatshirt underneath the jacket.
- U.S. Bank at 5352 S. 4015 West in Kearns on Christmas Eve.
- Key Bank at 1098 S. 300 West in Salt Lake City on Dec. 27 wearing a long, black jacket, blue jeans, red gloves, wig and fake mustache.
- Key Bank at 1065 N. Highway 89 in North Salt Lake on Dec. 28 wearing a black ski mask, black hooded sweatshirt, gloves and blue jeans.
He is between 5 feet 4 inches and 5 feet 8 inches tall, the FBI said in a news release.
