PROVO — Police are asking for the public’s help searching for a 15-year-old girl who was last seen Wednesday morning and is believed to have run away. Savannah Pope was last seen at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday when she left her school, Provo police said in a tweet. She is being considered endangered and needs medication, police said.

She was last seen wearing dark grey clothing, shoes with white soles, and a black and blue drawstring "Y" bag, police said.

The girl may have intended to go to Salt Lake City via a FrontRunner train, police said. Police did not say which school she attended.

Anyone with information about Savannah is asked to call Provo police at 801-852-6210.
