HAMILTON, N.Y. (AP) — Sean O'Brien scored 21 points to help Colgate snap a four-game losing streak heading into its 10-day break for exams, posting an 87-76 win over NJIT Tuesday night.

The Raiders had lost all four games on an in-state road trip, falling at Albany, Binghamton, Marist and Syracuse.

Colgate (4-6) shot 60 percent from the field (30 of 50) and was 21 of 25 from the free throw line to earn their fourth straight win at home.

Will Rayman hit 7 of 10 from the floor to tally 18 points and Jordan Burns came off the bench to hit 7 of 11 field goal attempts for 17 points. Five players reached double-figure scoring for the Raiders.

Anthony Tarke scored 21 points, Diandre Wilson scored 16 and Abdul Lewis added 11 points and grabbed 10 rebounds for the Highlanders (5-6), who remain winless on the road.
