(KSL News) New plans for a Salt Lake City facelift have been revealed.
Over the next five years, between one and a half and two billion dollars will be invested to give downtown a new look.
The plan envisions a "green" downtown with energy-saving buildings.
It also calls for increased mass transit, a lengthy trail system, and bringing City Creek back above ground to run all the way to the Jordan River.
