(KSL News) -- A trial date has been set for a Logan elementary school teacher.
Alan Willey is charged with nine counts of aggravated sex abuse of a child, all first-degree felonies.
The alleged victim was apparently in Willey's class more than a decade ago. Willey taught 4th grade at Wilson Elementary School. Willey is currently out on bail.
The trial is set to begin October 25th.
