(KSL News) -- A rally before the well publicized rallies later this week.
Citizens for Justice will be on Capitol Hill this afternoon representing the poor and homeless.
The group, organized by Christian Dukes, a senior at the University of Utah, claims the Federal government sent money to Utah earlier this year specifically allotted to provide medical, dental, housing and food for Utah's poor.
The group says those the money was intended for have yet to see any improvements.
