CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were higher Wednesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for Sept delivery was 1.40 cents lower at $5.0220 a bushel; Sept corn was up 5 cents at $3.82 a bushel; Sept. oats was up 3 cents at $2.9460 a bushel while August soybeans gained 3.40 cents to $9.93 a bushel.
Beef lower and pork higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
August live cattle was .55 cent lower at $1.1453 a pound; August feeder cattle was down 1.13 cents at $1.5048 pound; August lean hogs gained .10 cent to $.8060 a pound.
