(KSL News) More Utah troops are getting ready to head to Iraq.
Forty-five Utah Guard soldiers with the 141st Military Intelligence Battalion went to Camp Williams today to undergo checks to make sure they're ready for war.
Military officials also wanted to ensure that their families will be cared for during the deployment.
The soldiers will help support intelligence gathering in Iraq. They leave in September, and will be gone about a year and a half.
