(KSL News) A crash at the intersection of 3300 South and 500 West in South Salt Lake sent two people to the hospital this morning.

Police say a white car and a GMC Suburban were waiting at the light when a Jeep plowed into the back of the white car. The impact then forced the Jeep into the Suburban, causing it to flip.

The drivers of the Jeep and the white car were taken to hospitals. The driver and passenger in the Suburban were not hurt.

Police believe alcohol was a factor.
