SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- A Utah man accused in connection with the shooting of another man with a nail gun now faces charges.
Yesterday, the 43-year-old man was charged with second-degree aggravated assault in the nail gun attack.
The incident happened last Thursday at a construction site near 4800 West and 7000 South. That's when court documents say a man was shot in the genitals with a nail gun following an argument with his alleged attacker.
