(KSL News) Police have released the name of the man killed in a Salt Lake City apartment complex.
Rodolfo Soto was shot in the chest Wednesday night outside his girlfriend's apartment downtown.
Witnesses say they heard arguing before the shooting.
Police are calling Juan Noriego and Florencio Herrera "persons of interest."
No word yet on a motive for the shooting.
Police and tenants say the apartment complex has a history of problems.
