OGDEN, Utah (AP) -- A one-year-old is recovering this morning after being run over in the driveway of the family's home.
It happened yesterday near 30th Street and Porter Avenue in Ogden.
Police say the child was playing outside when a 19-year-old relative got in his car and backed over the child.
The toddler was taken to the hospital by relatives, but was later flown to Primary Children's Medical Center as a precaution. The child's injuries are NOT life-threatening.
Police say NO charges will be filed. They say the incident appears to be accidental.
