From a Tony-award winning Broadway musical to Pioneer Theatre Company's opening musical, Elizabeth Stanley stars in "My Fair Lady."
Henry Higgins tries to teach Eliza Doolittle to speak like a lady. Pioneer Theatre Company calls it a great way to kick off the season, and one of the reasons is Broadway's Elizabeth Stanley. "The songs, the music is amazing to sing and so iconic. Songs that you've known forever," Stanley says. "There's something great about singing songs that people known."

Miller plays Freddie Eynsford-Hill. Miller says, "It's such a wonderful role, and I get to sing the best song in the show and wait for the curtain call essentially."
Pioneer Theatre Company's Artistic Director Chuck Morey is also a playwright, and the other good news of the season is that a number of his plays are being produced in theaters throughout the country. "I'm especially pleased that audiences in other theaters across the country are seeing the work that we have created here at Pioneer Theatre Company," Morey says.
He calls this the most perfect musical there is, and he hopes audiences agree.
"My Fair Lady" opens tomorrow night at Pioneer Memorial Theatre on the University of Utah campus and runs through Oct. 4.
