(KSL News) -- The proposed deal to fund the Real stadium has complicated plans to pay for commuter rail through Salt Lake County.
Tax dollars from hotel-rooms were going to fund a commuter rail. But if that money goes instead to ReAL, county leaders will have to consider other budget options for the commuter rail.
One option, taking money set aside to build one of four new TRAX lines and using it for the commuter rail.
