(KSL News) The suspect charged with murder in the death of a West Haven man will be sentenced today in Ogden.
Warren Fellows pleaded guilty to murder and aggravated assault.
Police say Fellows shot and killed Art Backus in February, then took Backus' wallet. When deputies arrived, Fellows fired at them.
Police say the motive was adultery.
