SALT LAKE CITY — Vivian Terry, 4, leans in to hug Santa Claus as he arrives at the Sugar House Santa Shack in Salt Lake City on Saturday.
The shack, which has housed Santa during the holidays for almost 70 years, is located at 2232 S. Highland Drive. It is open Monday through Friday, 3:30 to 7 p.m., and Saturday, 11 a.m to 7 p.m., through Friday, Dec. 23. The shack is closed on Sundays.
Visiting Santa is free, but a professional photo with Santa is $20 a sheet or $10 if you bring your own camera. The pictures are printed on-site. Digital copies are also available.
