CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were higher Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for Dec. rose 6 cents to 4.03 a bushel; Dec. corn was 3.50 cents higher to 3.42 a bushel; Dec. oats was up 1.50 cents at $2.35 a bushel; while Jan. soybeans gained 3.75 cents to $9.8950 a bushel.
Beef was mixed and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. December live cattle was up .02 cent at $1.0822 a pound; November feeder cattle was unchanged to $1.2697 a pound; while December lean hogs lost .57 cent at $.4745 a pound.
