(KSL News) The widow of a man killed in the Crandall Canyon mine disaster has filed a civil suit against the mine's owners.
Gary Jensen was killed during efforts to reach six miners trapped in a collapse last August. Lola Jensen claims in her lawsuit that her husband's death could have been avoided if the owners of the mine had heeded previous warnings about potential dangers.
The suit seeks unspecified damages.
