CHICAGO (AP) — The second game of the National League Championship Series between the Cubs and Dodgers is tonight in Chicago. That's where the Cubs won Game 1 last night 8-4. On the mound today are Kyle Hendricks for the home team against Clayton Kershaw.

UNDATED (AP) — Play in the American League Championship Series resumes tomorrow in Toronto. The Blue Jays dropped the first two games of the best-of-seven series against the Indians in Cleveland. The series features two high-scoring teams but they produced only five runs in the first two games.

UNDATED (AP) — In the NFL this afternoon two of the better matchups are the 4-1 Cowboys facing the 3-1 Packers and the 4-1 Falcons battling the 3-1 Seahawks. In the night game Houston is playing host to the Colts.

KANSAS CITY, Kan. (AP) — The NASCAR Sprint Cup race is taking place in Kansas City this afternoon. In qualifying on Friday Matt Kenseth won the pole for the Joe Gibbs Racing Team, which secured the top three qualifying spots. Following Kenseth was Kyle Busch and then Carl Edwards in qualifying.

INCHEON, South Korea (AP) — It wasn't meant to be for Allison Lee in South Korea. The American led much of the tournament but in the final round was caught by Spain's Carlota Ciganda, who beat her in a playoff. Each had finished regulation tied at 10-under-par.
