SALT LAKE CITY -- Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, R-Georgia, and his wife, Callista, say they will continue to support Donald Trump after a video surfaced that revealed the Republican Presidential candidate making offensive remarks about women.
Callista Gingrich said she "repudiates" what Trump said, but was grateful for his apology.
The former House Speaker told Utah's Morning News he does think Trump will need to do a better job of getting along with Republican congressional leaders, as Congress works "for the people," not "for the President."
Mr. and Mrs. Gingrich appeared on KSL Newsradio as part of a tour promoting their new books.
