(KSL News) The Utah County Attorney's Office has finished its investigation into a fatal officer-involved shooting in Lehi and says no charges will be filed.
Kelly Wark, 34, was shot and killed after she pulled a gun on a police officer during a traffic stop in June.
Utah County Attorney Jeffrey R. Buhman says after reviewing the facts of the case, he found both officers "legally justified in their use of deadly force."
