CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were lower Friday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for December delivery was 5.80 cents lower at $3.9240 a bushel; December corn fell 3.60 cents at $3.26 bushel; December oats was .60 cent lower at $1.7540 a bushel; while November soybeans fell 4.80 cents to $9.4760 a bushel.
Beef and pork prices were lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
October live cattle was 3 cents lower at $1.0085 a pound; October feeder cattle was 7.87 cents lower at $1.2678 pound; October lean hogs fell 1.03 cents to $.5105 a pound.
