(KSL News) -- The wife of the man accused of killing Destiny Norton faces a trial of her own.
The charges against Catherine Gregerson stem from an argument she had with her husband in April. Her lawyer says Catherine went to the couple's home with their one-year old baby. Craig Gregerson then reportedly grabbed the infant, closed the screen door and told Catherine she would never see the baby again.
Catherine kicked a hole in the screen door and someone called police.
Catherine pleaded not guilty to charges of domestic violence in the presence of a child and criminal mischief.
