BALTIMORE (AP) — Baltimore police say a man who pointed a stolen gun at officers was arrested after one of them fired a single round and missed the suspect. A police statement says a man told them he had been assaulted inside his west Baltimore home by another man with a pipe Monday night. The officers found 47-year-old Jerome Clinton and arrested him on assault, gun- and drug-related charges after he survived the errant shot.
