SALT LAKE CITY — A Magna man has been arrested after police say he used his cellphone to take pictures up a bank employee's dress.
Brian Kent Fisher, 48, was arrested Thursday for investigation of voyeurism by electronic equipment.
Fisher used his phone to "secretly take three photographs" of a woman at Wells Fargo Bank, 5201 W. Amelia Earhart Dr. (350 North), while she was facing the opposite direction looking at a computer screen, according to a Salt Lake County Jail report.
Another employee saw what was happening, the report states. It was also recorded on the business' surveillance video.
