Dozens of Utahns will be in Denver's INVESCO Field tonight to witness history, but it will follow hours of waiting.
Delegates were told to arrive as early as 1 p.m., ahead of the 8 p.m. speech. Why? Security.
Every person in the 75,000-seat stadium will be checked. Utah Sen. Pat Jones doesn't care about the time. She said, "It's a feeling that I have not felt in a very, very long time, and I have great hope and anticipation that it's just going to be wonderful."
In addition to Utah's Democratic delegates, a few dozen ticket holders also will hear the speech.
