(KSL News) Midvale police arrested a man accused of a hit-and-run that left a couple seriously hurt.

Authorities booked Neil DeLynn Lewis into jail yesterday, but he's already out.

His arrest comes almost a week after he allegedly hit Jamie Arbon and his pregnant fiancé, Kari Buschnell, while the couple were walking on the sidewalk on State Street in Midvale.

Jamie Arbon is out of the hospital, but according to his family, the couple has lost their baby.

A trust fund has been set up under Arbon's name at Zions Bank. Donations can be accepted at any branch, by calling (801) 974-8800 or contacting Arbon's mother through the website: www.StretchThatDollar.com.
