(KSL News) A woman tried to rob the Dollar Tree store at 783 South Redwood Road tonight.
Police say she hid in the store after it closed and stormed into the manager's office with a gun, a knife and handcuffs. She demanded money and said she'd kill the two employees there if they didn't comply.
At some point, her gun dropped to the floor, and the employees could tell it was a plastic toy. They tackled the woman and called police.
Police arrested her and are still investigating.
