ARTESIA, Calif. (AP) — Los Angeles County authorities say the person shot to death after an argument at a backyard graduation party in Artesia was a 17-year-old boy.
The coroner's office says Angel Soto of Moreno Valley died in the shooting late Saturday that also left two men wounded.
City News Service reports Monday that sheriff's investigators are trying to identify four suspects who arrived at the party shortly before the confrontation broke out.
Sheriff's officials said Sunday deputies responded to a call of a gunshot victim and found three men had been shot. Soto died at the scene and the other two were hospitalized in fair condition.
