Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage of Utah has introduced two new guidebooks for buyers and sellers that offer pointers on how to simplify the buying and selling experience.

Mountain Home Development has received a development loan from U.S. Bank for initial off-site improvements for the new master planned community, Traverse Mountain located on the northern border of Salt Lake and Utah Counties.

Camco Construction has been named as general contractor to build a new 25,000 square foot auto body facility for AG Body in Salt Lake City.

Intermountain Health Care has chosen Okland Construction Company to build the new Intermountain Medical Center in Murray. This $350 million dollar facility will be IHC’s new flagship hospital.
