LINDON — A 26-year-old woman died in a car crash Wednesday night, police said.
Lindon Police Chief Cody Cullimore said the woman was riding in the passenger seat next to her cousin when the driver turned left in front of another car on 200 S. Geneva Road in Lindon.
Their vehicle was hit on the passenger side, killing the woman. Her cousin suffered minor injuries, Cullimore said.
It's unclear why the vehicle pulled out in front of the oncoming car, the chief said, but police don't suspect impairment.
The name of the woman was not released pending notification of family.
