PLEASANT GROVE — Three southbound lanes on I-15 shut down Tuesday afternoon due to a dump truck that lost control on the Pleasant Grove Boulevard overpass and nearly crashed onto I-15 below.
The lanes opened just before 4:40 p.m., according to the Utah Department of Transporatation.
The Pleasant Grove exit also closed and opened just before 5 p.m.
