(KSL News) -- A Colorado City man convicted of having sex with a minor will spend 45 days behind bars.
Kelly Fischer was found guilty of multiple felonies in connection with a 16-year old girl he married as a plural wife.
Fisher, a member of the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, defended his family and character in court. He told a judge his family is happy, and no one is forced to do anything against their will.
Fisher was also sentenced to three years probation and required to register as a sex offender from now on.
