CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were lower Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for May delivery was off 7.50 cents at $4.53 a bushel; May corn was 1.50 cents lower to 3.7175 a bushel; May oats fell 2.25 cents to $1.8075 a bushel; while May soybeans declined 21 cents to $10.0350 a bushel.
Beef and pork were higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. June live cattle was up 2.17 cents to $1.1962 a pound; May feeder cattle gained 3.03 cents to $1.4795 a pound; while May lean hogs rose .20 cent at $.7757 a pound.
