FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) — University of Arkansas pole vaulter Lexi Weeks has been named the Southeastern Conference Freshman of the Week for the second consecutive week.

Weeks was announced Tuesday as winner of the award following her performance at the John McDonnell Invitational in Fayetteville.

Weeks vaulted 15-feet-2¾-inches for both a personal best and the best outdoor vault of the season. She is currently the fourth-ranked vaulter in the world.
