(KSL News) Two people accused of in the shooting death of a Family Dollar store manager pleaded guilty today.
This morning, Biu Olive pleaded guilty to capital murder among other charges in connection with the March 12 murder of Wally Knapton. The plea was part of a deal with prosecutors, who in exchange will not seek a sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole.
The co-defendant in the case, Sarah Ataata, pleaded guilty to first-degree felony aggravated murder and second-degree felony manslaughter.
Both will appear in court for sentencing on Oct. 3.
