(KSL Nes) -- Utah residents could be paying more for the electricity they use as early as this December.
Rocky Mountain Power says it has reached an agreement with state regulators to raise rates by more than 10-percent.
The first increase would add $4.26 a month to a typical residential bill.
The second increase would take effect next June and add an additional $1.50 to the bill.
