PHILADELPHIA — An Orem musician's rendition of "Radioactive" won her the coveted golden ticket to Hollywood on "American Idol."
Jenn Blosil, 23, auditioned for the long-running show's "farewell season" in Philadelphia. Her performance aired Wednesday night.
"I'm here to do my best, and if I win that'd be a surprise and I'd be like 'whoa,'" she said on the show before her audition.

Blosil walked out with a guitar, but ended up singing the Imagine Dragons cover while accompanying herself on the piano. Her raspy voice and endearing personality captivated the judges, who all had positive feedback for the musician.
Blosil was quickly presented with a slip to advance to Hollywood after receiving a "yes" from all three judges.
"I felt like I was watching an artist," judge Jennifer Lopez said.
At the time of the audition, Blosil was living in Brooklyn, New York, but she is originally from Orem. She is a regular performer at Velour in Provo and served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in New York.
Blosil is going to perform at Velour, located at 135 N. University Avenue, with a full band Thursday night. Tickets are $8 and the show starts at 8 p.m.
