(KSL News) A man who police say opened fire on a crowd near Gateway Mall will be tried for murder.
Yesterday in court, prosecutors filed first degree murder and attempted murder charges against Anthony Zinnerman.
They say he shot a man to death and injured a woman earlier this month during an altercation behind a homeless shelter.
Zinnerman surrendered to police after they surrounded an apartment where he was apparently hiding out.
