Utah is home to the greatest snow on earth but if you're looking for something a little bit warmer or you're just not into the whole "snow" thing, there are still plenty of places to have fun right in your own backyard. Check out six of our favorites.

Fat Cats

Who says summer should have a monopoly on fun? Not Fat Cats! You can bowl, mini-golf, play laser tag or arcade games, get some food and more at their three locations in Provo, Salt Lake and Ogden. Activities vary at the locations so make sure you check out their website here.

Boondocks

There is something for everyone at Boondocks! Even better, it's just $12 for a Tuesday pass to the XD Theater, Laser Tag, Rollerball, Bowling, Kiddie Cove and arcade games. They'll also reward your kids for good grades with extra tokens. Check out their specials.

Paintball Addicts

If your kids have major cabin fever, it's time to call in the big guns. Paintball Addicts is an indoor paintball park in Salt Lake for everyone from first-time 'ballers to seasoned pros. No gear? No problem. You can rent everything you need right at the park. Get more information here.

Discovery Gateway

Your kids will have so much fun that they won't even realize they're actually learning! Let your littles explore the workshops, programs and exhibits packed into 60,000 square feet in the Discovery Mall downtown. Get information about their seasonal exhibits and plan your trip here.

Tree House Museum

Let your kids step into their favorite stories with all kinds of fun from crafts to dress ups and music exhibits. This local museum was named #17 on a nationwide list of children's museums for their interactive educational programs for kids from ages 1 through 12. Check their holiday hours and current exhibits here.

Classic Fun Center

This place is, well, a classic. Since 1980, they've been a community staple for skating, laser tag and more. You'll find everything you need to have a fun day with your family and friends. Learn more here.
