(KSL News) Turn it off, limit use and slow the flow, all are common terms used to urge Utahns to conserve water. But are we heeding that message?

The Division of Natural Resources says, per capita, water usage trending upward over the last three years.

Water managers and conservationists are again urging Utahns to cut back.

Eric Klotz with the Utah Division of Water Resources and Ted Wilson of the Utah Rivers Council are joining us tonight to discuss the issue.
