LAS VEGAS (AP) — Las Vegas police say a person was found shot to death in the backyard of a home.
Police say officers were dispatched to the area of North 10th Street and Harris Avenue around 6:50 a.m. Saturday.
They found a victim with a gunshot wound.
Authorities are not releasing any details about the victim and have not determined what led to the shooting.
The body has been turned over to the Clark County coroner's office.
No suspects have been identified.
Police say this marks the 126th homicide in Las Vegas so far this year.
