ST. LOUIS (AP) — Cornerback Janoris Jenkins is active for the St. Louis Rams against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after clearing the concussion protocol.

Jenkins did not play last week.

The Rams also have placed defensive end Robert Quinn on injured reserve and promoted defensive tackle Doug Worthington to the active roster from the practice squad. Quinn was ruled out for the year with a back injury earlier this month.

Wide receiver Vincent Jackson (knee) had previously been ruled out by the Buccaneers. Linebacker Bruce Carter (ankle) also is inactive after being doubtful.

Other inactives for Tampa Bay: quarterback Ryan Griffin, offensive tackle Demar Dotson, tight end Brandon Myers, defensive end George Johnson and defensive tackle Akeem Spence. Johnson (calf) had been questionable.

Other inactives for St. Louis: quarterback Sean Mannion, cornerback Eric Patterson, defensive tackle Louis Trinca-Passat, offensive tackle Isaiah Battle, and defensive end Matt Longacre.
