(KSL News) A man accused of two weekend murders in Ogden has made his initial court appearance and been assigned a public defender.
Yesterday, Jacob Ethridge appeared via video conference in 2nd District Court and heard the charges against him for the first time.
He faces two counts of first-degree murder in connection with the deaths of Teresa Rene Tingey and Rosanna Marie Cruz.
Ethridge turned himself in to police and confessed to both murders shortly after they were committed.
